If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with any of your products from SaveOnMakeup you may return them providing they have not been used/tested and are in their original condition.

Please return the product(s) within 14 working days via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class. You will need to pay to return the parcel back to us however this will be refunded back into your account if the product(s) were damaged/faulty/incorrect.

Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as you will be responsible for the product(s) until the parcel has reached SaveOnMakeup.

Please ensure that you pack with care so that product(s) don't get damaged. Include your order invoice or a note with your order number and name stating the reason for the return.
