By placing an order with SaveonMakeup you are accepting the Terms and Conditions and you agree to the following information.

SaveonMakeup only sell 100% genuine products and have no dealing whatsoever with counterfeit products. Occasionally we may sell items where the product and/or packaging is damaged or the item will come without a box however this is always stated in the description so that customers are fully aware. This does not in any way effect the products quality.

If for any reason you wish to contact SaveonMakeup you may call us on 01472 697475 Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. In most cases we deal with queries much quicker if contacted via email at help@saveonmakeup.co.uk

Complaints should be made in writing via post or email so that the SaveonMakeup Manager can look into this as soon as possible. If you wish to write to us please send to the following address:

SaveonMakeup accept all major debit/credit cards.

If an item you've ordered is no longer available we will either refund the amount back into your account which may take up to 14 working days or we will send you a similar replacement if necessary.

Prices on the site include VAT.

Our Currency Convertor allows you to view prices in either GBP Pounds or Euros.

SaveonMakeup do not store Credit/Debit card details. All payments are made through our secure third party payment provider 'Sage Pay'.

We do not provide any of your details to any other third party.

Orders may be looked into for security reasons and checks due to incorrect/missing information e.g. incorrect credit/debit card details or incomplete delivery addresses. If this arises any suspicion we will either contact you for more information or cancel your order and issue a full refund back into your account.

SaveonMakeup cannot guarantee that changes won't be made when placing an order for example if an item is out of stock. In this case we will either refund you for the item or send you a very similar replacement if necessary.  Please note refunds can take up to 14 working days to be processed. In this case SaveonMakeup are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment caused.

Please contact Saveonmakeup if your UK order hasn't arrived after 7 working days. Once UK orders are dispatched Royal Mail aim to deliver parcels within 1-5 working days depending on what postage option you select at the checkout. If the order is 'missing' you must allow 30 working days. After this time has passed we will either re-send or fully refund your order. SaveonMakeup are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment caused.
